At Royal Aroma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested perfume products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with the assessment.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Clearance or sale items unless faulty

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
